Our mission is simple: to bring the magic of a 5-star experience to
every event we cater. At the heart of our company is our visionary
founder, Frederick Coakley. With a passion for cooking that began at a
young age, Fred honed his skills by volunteering at nonprofit events
and eventually became a personal chef in 2004. In 2017, he officially
launched his catering company and brought his 5-star experience to
Las Vegas. And when he returned to California in 2019, he continued
to provide exceptional catering services, even during the pandemic.
At ReadyMeal Catering, we understand the importance of making
